How the public leaderboard works, what a position costs and what you can add. If anything here conflicts with the rules or the terms, those apply.
What is Toprya?
Toprya is a public leaderboard of companies where the position is decided solely by the amount paid. No ads, no voting, no reviews. Add your company website, pay an amount and rank above everyone who paid less. The international leaderboard is separate from the country leaderboards (Slovakia, Czechia) — amounts are not combined.
How does it work?
Enter a website address, pick a category, add a name and one sentence about the company and pay. A confirmed payment takes a position. A new listing starts at €10. Claiming #1 costs at least €5 more than the current #1. A lower amount still gets you listed. On a tie the older listing ranks higher.
What does a position cost?
New listings are whole euros excluding VAT, at least €10, at most €999,999. VAT is added at checkout based on your country and VAT ID (EU business with a valid VAT ID: reverse charge; EU consumers: Slovak VAT 23 %; outside the EU: no VAT); leaderboard amounts are excluding VAT. First place costs at least €5 more than the current first place. If you are already listed, a top-up only charges the difference over what you have already paid.
How do I get to #1?
Pay at least €5 more than whoever is #1 right now. On the “All time” leaderboard that is the highest total per listing. On “Today” it is the most anyone has paid since midnight (UTC). The position is assigned when the payment is confirmed.
What is the difference between “All time” and “Today”?
One payment counts towards both. “All time” is everything you have ever paid for a listing and never expires. “Today” is the current calendar day from midnight to midnight UTC; at midnight it starts over.
Can I top up my position?
Yes. Enter the same domain again or click “Claim” on your listing. The new total must be at least €1 higher; you only pay the difference. The name, description and category do not change on a top-up.
Are payments refundable?
No. Payments are final. Being overtaken later, dropping out of today’s leaderboard at midnight, fewer clicks than you expected, or later removal for breaking the rules does not entitle you to a refund. If we nevertheless refund a payment or the bank reverses it, the amount is deducted from the listing.
What can I add?
The website of a company or project you own or are authorised to represent, or a link to a profile or app on a platform (Instagram, Facebook page, X, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, GitHub, App Store, Google Play). Chat and group links (Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Messenger, Signal) and sexual content are not allowed. Tracking parameters in the address are removed.
How do categories work?
Every listing is in one category that you choose when adding. Every category has its own “All time” and “Today” ranking. If the category is wrong, write to info@toprya.com.
How do I pay?
Payment goes through Stripe Checkout. You enter a whole-euro amount, confirm the terms and pay by card. Card details are processed by Stripe, not Toprya. The position is taken when Stripe confirms the payment. Stripe e-mails you the invoice right after payment.
Does my position expire?
The “All time” position never expires. The “Today” position resets at midnight (UTC).
What if someone pays while I am paying?
The position is assigned when your payment is confirmed, at the place the amount reaches at that moment. If someone paid more in the meantime, you are on the leaderboard, but not necessarily where you aimed.
How is Toprya different from directories and rating sites?
Toprya is not a rating. No votes, no reviews, no editorial team. The position is only what you pay. The leaderboard is public and paid placement is clearly labelled.
